It is widely used in semiconductor (substrate), metallurgy, nuclear reactor, electronics, etc.

 

Thermal conductivity is the best during ceramic materials, and the higher purity, the higher thermal conductivity, for 99% BeO ceramic, the thermal conductivity can reach up to 310W/(K*m).
