Beryllium Oxide Ceramic

Beryllium oxide ceramic is made of beryllium oxide powder as the raw material, after forming and sintering to obtain a stable crystalline phase structure, it has the characteristics of super high thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance, light weight, good thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance.

Thermal conductivity is the best during ceramic materials, and the higher purity, the higher thermal conductivity, for 99% BeO ceramic, the thermal conductivity can reach up to 310W/(K*m).
