Zirconia ceramic rod is formed by isostatic pressing method and sintered at high temperature, to form uniform, dense and smooth ceramic layer and transition layer, which has superior wear resistance and is suitable for precision ceramic parts.

In order to improve performance of zirconia rod, according to the application scenario and demand, stabilizing agent is added to the zirconia raw material, among which the zirconia with yttrium oxide is called yttrium stabilized zirconia (YSZ), and its wear resistance and toughness can be significantly improved.

Zirconia ceramic rod adopts high purity microcrystalline zirconia ceramic powder as raw material, through high pressure isostatic pressing molding and high temperature sintering process, the powder crystal is denser, the internal crystal structure is stable, the processed rod has high hardness, good wear resistance, and high toughness.
