Zirconium silicate beads are formed with dropping and rolling granulation and hardened at a high temperature Inkiln. Compared to clectrofused zircon beads and the similar others, they havehomogenous microstructure and no air pockets. This give them 1/2 lower beads wear rate than the others. The middle density and hardness features are suitable for grinding slurry of viscosityy from low to middle in dise type beas mills.

Usage Instructions

1. Selection of zirconia beads
Zirconia bead filling amount shall be determined according to operating parameters, appropricate size and ratio of is selected based on the type of grinding materials and its target particle size.
 
2. Grinding speed
Control the grinding speed during operation, can not overspeed operation, so as to avoid excessive loss of zirconia beads.
 
3. Cleaning
Zirconia beads need to be cleaned regularly to ensure their service life and the quality of the grinding material, and it is recommended to use intermittent cleaning method, that is, to shut down the equipment after a period of time operation and then start again.
 
4. Adding zirconia beads
After a long time operation zirconia beads will have a certain loss due to collision with each other, need to be supplemented regularly, before supplement broken beads should be screened out, and then fill the same weight of zirconia beads.
 
5. Increase the filling amount of zirconia beads
When need to extend the grinding time, or the grinding fineness cannot achieve the expected effect, the filling amount of zirconia beads can be increased.
