Composite zirconia beads adopt the optimized ratio of zirconia and alumina, using the patented titration and rolling molding process and medium temperature sintering technology. The composite grains inside the beads are dense and delicate. The compressive strength of beads is more than 30% higher than zirconium silicate bead, and at the same time,  the wear is reduced. It can be well matched with the high tip speed disc type bead mill for the efficient dispersion and grinding of materials.

Usage Instructions

1. Selection of zirconia beads
Zirconia bead filling amount shall be determined according to operating parameters, appropricate size and ratio of is selected based on the type of grinding materials and its target particle size.
 
2. Grinding speed
Control the grinding speed during operation, can not overspeed operation, so as to avoid excessive loss of zirconia beads.
 
3. Cleaning
Zirconia beads need to be cleaned regularly to ensure their service life and the quality of the grinding material, and it is recommended to use intermittent cleaning method, that is, to shut down the equipment after a period of time operation and then start again.
 
4. Adding zirconia beads
After a long time operation zirconia beads will have a certain loss due to collision with each other, need to be supplemented regularly, before supplement broken beads should be screened out, and then fill the same weight of zirconia beads.
 
5. Increase the filling amount of zirconia beads
When need to extend the grinding time, or the grinding fineness cannot achieve the expected effect, the filling amount of zirconia beads can be increased.
