Usage Instructions

 
 
1. Before use, ensure the packaging of the alumina ceramic foam filter remains intact to prevent dust from entering the filter membrane pores.
 
 
2. During operation, control the liquid flow rate within the maximum design flow of the ceramic foam filter. When solid impurities are abundant, appropriately reduce the flow rate to avoid compromising filtration efficiency.
 
 
3. Regularly conduct backwashing maintenance on the filter membrane plate of the alumina ceramic foam filter to maintain filtration performance.
 
 
4. When filtering molten metal liquids (e.g., aluminum), preheat the alumina ceramic foam filter to approximately 300°C before gradually introducing the metal liquid.
