Alumina Heating Element Ceramic Igniters

Alumina ceramic heating element is using high melting point metal such as tungsten or molybdenum as heating resistance material, printing heating circuit on 92-96% alumina ceramic green body. After hot pressing treatment, sinter the ceramic and metal under 1600℃ with protection of reduction atmosphere, ceramic heater is produced.

Advantages of Al2O3 Heating Element

Usage Instructions

1. The heater must be used under the specified voltage, and air burning shall be avoided;
 
2. The heater wire should be covered with Teflon insulation sleeve, and the solder joint should be wrapped with high temperature insulation tape;
 
3. Temperature controller should be installed, and the temperature sensor should be as close as possible to the heater, or directly use the temperature and resistance relationship of the resistance film to control the temperature;
 
4. If any scorched black color appears on the surface, it indicates that the heating is not homogenous, and should be adjusted in time to prevent burning through;
 
5. When use ceramic electric heater, hard knocking or collision with hard objects shall be avoided, to not caused ceramic breakage or metal resistance wire exposed, which may affect the operating life.
