Usage Instructions

1. grinding ball filling amount and ratio shall be selected according to grinding equipment parameters and grinding material. Filling amount of the alumina ball is generally about 50% of the grinding cylinder, and proportion of large sized alumina ball is generally not more than 30%, also need to leave enough space to make the grinding ball have movement space;
 
2. When fill the alumina grinding ball, should load some  material first to have buffer effect, and then fill alumina grinding ball;
 
3. Long time empty grinding operation and excessive grinding shall be avoided, so as not to damage the grinding ball;
 
4. Regularly check the alumina grinding ball status, timely replacement of damaged or cracked grinding balls;
 
5. Regular maintenance of grinding equipment is necessary, clean up grinding ball residue inside.
