1. Installation requirements
When install the zirconia metering pump, ensure that it's firmly fixed to avoid axial and radial movement;
 
2. Liquid temperature
The liquid temperature should be within the use temperature range to ensure the normal operation and accuracy of the metering pump;
 
3. Liquid properties
For liquid containing solid particles or high viscosity, it is necessary to pre-treat or select appropriate pump head;
 
4. Pump cleaning
Before or after each use, the pump body and related components should be cleaned in time to prevent residue deterioration in the pump body;
 
5. Regular maintenance
It is recommended to regularly check the pump plunger, seals and other parts wear, and timely replacement or adjustment if any wear that may affect the pump performance;
