1. Before installing the alumina lining bricks, it is necessary to clean the internal surfaces of the equipment, removing rust, oil stains, dust, and other impurities to ensure strong adhesion and prevent peeling during use.
 
2. The wear-resistant ceramic adhesive used for installation should be mixed in accordance with the specified ratio, and the application temperature should be maintained within the optimal operating range of the adhesive to guarantee effective bonding.
 
3. The wear-resistant ceramic adhesive should be applied evenly during installation, and the bricks should be tapped with a rubber mallet to ensure a tighter bond with the equipment.
