1. Selection of ZTA balls
ZTA grinding ball filling amount shall be determined according to operating parameters, appropricate size and ratio of is selected based on the type of grinding materials and its target particle size.
 
 
2. Grinding speed
Control the grinding speed during operation, can not overspeed operation, so as to avoid excessive loss of ZTA balls.
 
 
3. Cleaning
ZTA balls need to be cleaned regularly to ensure their service life and the quality of the grinding material, and it is recommended to use intermittent cleaning method, that is, to shut down the equipment after a period of time operation and then start again.
 
 
4. Adding ZTA balls
After a long time operation ZTA balls will have a certain loss due to collision with each other, need to be supplemented regularly, before supplement broken beads should be screened out, and then fill the same weight of ZTA balls.
 
 
5. Increase the filling amount of ZTA balls
When need to extend the grinding time, or the grinding fineness cannot achieve the expected effect, the filling amount of ZTA balls can be increased.
